This was my second time staying at this beautiful lakefront cottage and I was not disappointed. Tranquil views, close to wineries, and a great place to relax. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful week-long stay in this comfortable home overlooking Waneta Lake. The views were terrific and the setting was serene. Jake was a great communicator before, during and after our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing vacation.

I enjoyed this spacey house by the lake with stunning views. I like that it has a daybed and a couch to dream talk and relax with nature views. I love the sauna experience with exercise room. I like the planning of the house since it fits my family. Kids enjoyed tetris and air hocket amaizing game room. Thank you for the beautiful experience and beautiful home.

We had a lovely stay! We came in December around the holidays and some of the local spots were closed but we still found our options. Cant recommend the house more though - we loved the basement couch and the reading room!

Loved staying at Jake’s lakehouse. It’s been beautifully redone with thoughtful amenities. The sauna was the perfect way to finish the day and a lovely kitchen made cooking easy. Would highly recommend if you’re in the finger lakes area!

Jake and Elise have created such a serene spot on the lake. We enjoyed coffee on the deck, cooking in the beautiful kitchen and the private yoga studio and sauna. We will definitely be back again! Thank you!
