The house is great. Unique layout makes it feel very open and roomy with lots of natural light. There are plenty of sleeping options with a few bonus options including a room that has windows on 3 sides so feels like you are sleeping over the lake. There is no door on that room but it does have a single bed. The 3 actual bedrooms have 4 comfortable beds. Kitchen is nice with new appliances. Lots of work on the outside decks to provide plenty of options for enjoying the outside. Lake is bigger than you would expect. Sauna and workout/yoga room worked well. Roku TV in living room and basement. WiFi works well and suitable for work away from home if needed. Good location just minutes from wineries. Penn Yan and Corning within 20-30 minutes so good day trips. Overall nice place to stay and would recommend.

This was my second time staying at this beautiful lakefront cottage and I was not disappointed. Tranquil views, close to wineries, and a great place to relax. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful week-long stay in this comfortable home overlooking Waneta Lake. The views were terrific and the setting was serene. Jake was a great communicator before, during and after our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing vacation.

I enjoyed this spacey house by the lake with stunning views. I like that it has a daybed and a couch to dream talk and relax with nature views. I love the sauna experience with exercise room. I like the planning of the house since it fits my family. Kids enjoyed tetris and air hocket amaizing game room. Thank you for the beautiful experience and beautiful home.
